- Store Experience: Lead pet parent and associate experiences; ensure pet safety; conduct Core and Services Walks; manage inventory and compliance; review cameras for safety.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; partner on events and adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in high-volume environments, and a passion for pets. Key skills include team building, customer service, financial acumen, operational efficiency, and problem-solving. Flexibility for varied schedules is essential.
