Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, reviews, and associate engagement to build high-performing teams.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; manage complaints, conduct safety walks, and oversee inventory compliance.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, cascade objectives, and partner on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team development, customer service, and operations. Key skills include financial acumen, pet safety knowledge, conflict resolution, and empowering others. Passion for pets and community impact required.
