Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; conduct reviews and foster engagement through open communication and recognition.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver outstanding customer service; manage inventory, events, and compliance via monthly walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze data, communicate objectives, and adapt to business needs.
Experience & Skills
