Ensure safety for people and pets; manage pet parent interactions; maintain store standards; conduct monthly walks and camera reviews; oversee inventory and events; prioritize compliance and process improvements.
Business Management
Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; adapt to changing priorities; handle pet health issues promptly.
Experience & Skills
