Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage schedules, reviews, and engagement; build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct compliance walks, and maintain inventory standards.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies, analyze financials, optimize processes, and partner on community events.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, and financial acumen. Pet passion, flexibility for varied shifts, and skills in team motivation, conflict resolution, and operational efficiency are essential. Experience with inventory tools and safety protocols preferred.
