Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; foster open-door culture, deliver reviews, and boost engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; lead customer service, resolve issues, conduct walks, monitor compliance, and manage inventory.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events and adoptions.
Experience & Skills
