Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; foster open communication and high engagement through reviews, recognition, and training.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct compliance walks, manage inventory, and prioritize a safe, welcoming environment.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance metrics, collaborate on events, and adapt to business needs.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in high-volume settings, proficiency in team development and customer service, and knowledge of retail operations.
