Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; conduct reviews, foster engagement, and handle grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; deliver outstanding customer service; lead events and maintain compliance through walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; manage inventory; analyze performance and improve processes.
