Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, handle reviews, grievances, and foster engagement through recognition and open-door culture.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions; conduct Core and Services Walks; oversee inventory, events, and compliance; review cameras for safety.
• Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, execute corporate strategies, communicate objectives, and optimize processes.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and development, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Key skills include effective delegation, problem-solving, scheduling, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
