Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster open communication and high engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; deliver outstanding pet parent service; maintain store standards; conduct monthly walks and camera reviews; manage events and inventory.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance data; communicate objectives; respond to market changes; prioritize safe environments.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge.
