Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; foster open-door culture and deliver reviews on time.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and exceptional pet parent service; conduct walks, manage inventory, review cameras, and handle events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and adapt to changes.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, P&L knowledge, and pet passion. Excel in delegation, feedback response, compliance, and flexible scheduling. Build high-engagement teams delivering results.
