Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage schedules, performance reviews, and succession planning; foster an open-door culture and address grievances.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent and associate experiences; ensure pet safety; conduct monthly walks, monitor cameras, and maintain policy compliance; collaborate on events and inventory management.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze metrics and root causes; communicate objectives and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and development, expertise in customer service and operations, and a passion for pets.
