Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, and team development to build an engaged workforce.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and associates; manage customer interactions, events, compliance, and inventory.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and optimize processes for efficiency.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in high-volume settings, and passion for pet care. Key skills include team motivation, financial acumen, customer obsession, operational execution, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
