Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and manage team performance; create schedules; facilitate development, reviews, and recognition; build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent and associate interactions; ensure pet safety; conduct monthly walks; maintain inventory and standards; review cameras for safety.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; partner on events and adoptions.
Experience & Skills

- Foster a safe environment for associates, pets, and customers
- Collaborate on events and community partnerships
- Monitor store cameras and address safety risks
- Handle pet health issues and coordinate vet transport as needed
