Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive oversight of store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial performance, and HR functions. You'll champion PetSmart's culture, strategies, and values while delivering exceptional service and efficient daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and maintain compliance with policies.
