Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; foster open communication and high engagement through recognition and feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver outstanding pet parent service; conduct audits, manage inventory, and lead events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance metrics; maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail management experience, proven leadership in team building and sales growth, strong customer service skills, and passion for pets.
