Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) oversees all store operations, including safety, pet parent experiences, financial performance, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; facilitate reviews, recognition, and succession planning; address grievances and build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct monthly walks, manage inventory, review cameras for compliance, and partner on community events.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize processes, communicate objectives, and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
Experience & Skills
