Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; foster open communication and high engagement.

- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance metrics, and lead events/community partnerships.

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (experience)

- Lead recruitment, hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance reviews for associates
- Drive exceptional customer service and resolve escalated pet parent concerns
- Ensure compliance with policies, conduct safety walks, and manage inventory levels
- Analyze business metrics, execute corporate strategies, and foster company culture
- Collaborate on events, adoption partnerships, and continuous process improvements
