Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, and build engagement through recognition and feedback.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage customer interactions, compliance, inventory, and store standards via walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize processes, and partner on events with adoption groups.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership in team building and sales, pet care knowledge, and HR expertise. Excel in delegation, problem-solving, financial oversight, and fostering positive cultures. Passion for pets and customer service required.
