Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; deliver reviews, recognize achievements, and resolve grievances to build engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory standards.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, communicate objectives, and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, financial oversight, and pet retail. Key skills include effective delegation, conflict resolution, data-driven decision-making, and fostering empowerment. Passion for pets and availability for flexible hours required.
