Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, reviews, training, and succession planning. Build an open-door culture, address grievances, and celebrate team achievements.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers. Manage pet parent interactions, conduct monthly walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory standards.
