Role Overview

- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; conduct reviews and foster engagement through open communication and recognition.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, events, and compliance via monthly walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, optimize inventory, analyze performance, and collaborate with leadership on goals.
