Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. You'll champion PetSmart's culture, achieve key results, and deliver exceptional service while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage schedules, performance reviews, and foster an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; lead customer interactions; conduct monthly walks and camera reviews for compliance.
- Business Management: Drive profitability through strategic execution, inventory control, and financial analysis; collaborate on events and community partnerships.
Experience & Skills
