Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, train, and develop associates; foster open-door culture and deliver reviews.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage escalations and conduct compliance walks.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, manage inventory, and lead events with community partners.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, pet industry knowledge, and expertise in operations, sales, and customer service. Must excel in delegation, feedback, and adapting to dynamic environments.
