- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; lead pet parent interactions; conduct monthly walks; manage inventory, events, and compliance; review cameras for safety.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze metrics and root causes; communicate objectives; handle pet emergencies and store procedures.

- Manage store opening/closing, events, and partnerships with adoption groups
- Monitor store cameras, address risks, and handle pet health emergencies
