Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage schedules, reviews, and feedback; foster an open-door culture and high engagement.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent and associate experiences; ensure pet safety; resolve concerns; conduct compliance walks; monitor inventory and security cameras.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze metrics; optimize processes; collaborate on events and community partnerships.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and development, expertise in customer service and operations, and a passion for pets. Key skills include financial acumen, conflict resolution, scheduling, and compliance management. Flexibility for varied shifts is essential.
