Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, conduct reviews, and build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for pets/associates, handle concerns, maintain standards, conduct walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for safety.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability, analyze performance, execute strategies, and communicate objectives.
Experience & Skills
