Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; conduct reviews, recognize achievements, and build an open-door culture using feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory standards.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance, optimize processes, and lead events with community partners like adoption groups.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership in high-volume settings, P&L accountability, and a pet-passionate mindset. Key skills include team motivation, customer obsession, operational excellence, and adaptability to dynamic retail demands.
