- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and positive experiences; resolve concerns; maintain standards via monthly walks; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; review safety via cameras.

Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong people skills, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Key skills include team building, customer service, operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic execution. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends required.
