Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage schedules, performance reviews, and foster an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct operational walks, and maintain compliance with policies.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance data, manage inventory, and optimize processes.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, proven team leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for pets.
