Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver exceptional service; conduct monthly walks; manage inventory and events; review cameras for safety.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; respond to market changes.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Flexibility for varied shifts required.
