Key Responsibilities

- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize processes, and partner on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong leadership, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Key skills include team building, conflict resolution, operational efficiency, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
