Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; foster open-door culture and deliver reviews on time.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and exceptional service; conduct walks, manage inventory, review cameras, and handle pet emergencies.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, operations, and financials. Key skills include delegation, conflict resolution, compliance, and pet safety knowledge. Passion for pets and empowering teams required.
