- Manage business outcomes: analyze metrics, execute strategies, optimize inventory, and achieve profitability goals.
- Foster engagement: build open-door culture, celebrate wins, address feedback, and prioritize safety.

- Prioritize safety for associates, pets, and customers; handle emergencies
- Collaborate on events, community partnerships, and adoption programs
