Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, deliver reviews, and build an open-door culture using feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; lead exceptional service in-store, online, and via phone; conduct compliance walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; manage inventory, events, and operations; analyze performance and adapt to changes.
