Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, and terminations. Build an open-door culture, leverage associate feedback, and foster engagement through recognition and development.
Store Experience
Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain store standards, conduct compliance walks, manage inventory, and review security footage for coaching. Collaborate on events and prioritize safety for all.
Business Management
Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance metrics, communicate objectives, and adapt to changing priorities for optimal results.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, financial acumen, and a pet-passionate mindset. Proficiency in operations, customer service, and leadership is essential, with flexibility for varied schedules.
