- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver outstanding pet parent service; conduct monthly walks; manage inventory and compliance; partner on events.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; review security footage for coaching.
