Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) oversees all store operations, including safety for people and pets, pet parent experiences, financial performance, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service excellence, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; conduct reviews, recognize achievements, and resolve grievances to build engagement.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure safety and health of pets, maintain standards via monthly walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for coaching.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, cascade objectives, and partner on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
