Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, reviews, and development; build an open-door culture and boost engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and associates; manage pet parent interactions, events, compliance, and inventory.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, optimize processes, and communicate objectives to the team.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, financial oversight, and pet safety. Key skills include delegation, conflict resolution, data-driven decision-making, and fostering empowerment. Passion for pets and community involvement is essential.
