Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture with engagement and recognition.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; deliver outstanding pet parent service; maintain store standards via monthly walks; manage inventory and compliance; review cameras for safety and coaching.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; partner on events and community initiatives like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership in high-volume environments, pet industry knowledge, and skills in sales driving, team motivation, and operational efficiency. Flexibility for varied shifts and a passion for pets are essential.
