Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion exceptional service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build open-door culture and respond to feedback.
• Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain store standards, conduct safety walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for compliance.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate on events, prioritize safety, communicate objectives, and take action on pet health issues.

Experience & Skills

Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Proficiency in HR functions, inventory tools, and driving results in a fast-paced environment required.
