Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture and address grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; manage pet parent interactions; conduct Core and Services Walks; oversee inventory, safety protocols, and camera reviews; handle openings/closings.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; partner on events and adoptions.
