Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, recognize achievements, and build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; manage pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, oversee inventory, and review cameras for compliance.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute corporate strategies, achieve profitability goals, and collaborate on events like community adoptions.
Experience & Skills
