Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop, and recognize associates; foster open-door culture and succession planning.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and parents; manage pet parent interactions, events, compliance, and inventory.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze metrics, conduct safety walks, review cameras, and optimize processes.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Must excel in delegation, feedback response, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
