Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, and foster an open-door culture with engagement tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage complaints, conduct monthly walks, oversee inventory, and review security footage for coaching.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
