Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) oversees all store operations, including people leadership, pet parent experiences, financial performance, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve key results, and champion pet safety while ensuring efficient daily execution in our vibrant Lake Nona location.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; foster open communication and high engagement through reviews, recognition, and succession planning.
- Store Experience: Deliver outstanding pet parent service in-store, online, and via phone; prioritize safety for pets, associates, and customers; conduct monthly walks and camera reviews for compliance.
- Business Management: Analyze performance metrics, execute corporate strategies for profitability, manage inventory, and lead events with community partners like adoption groups.
