Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, conduct reviews, and foster engagement through open-door culture and feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver exceptional service; manage complaints; conduct safety walks and camera reviews; partner on events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; maintain inventory; communicate objectives; handle openings/closings.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with retail management experience, strong people skills, customer focus, and operational expertise. Passion for pets, ability to delegate, and drive results in a fast-paced environment required. Flexible scheduling essential.
