Key Responsibilities

- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct compliance walks, monitor inventory, and prioritize safety.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and collaborate on events.
Experience & Skills
