Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture with feedback and recognition.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain store standards, conduct monthly walks, manage inventory, and prioritize safety for all.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and collaborate on events and community partnerships.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and pet care knowledge. Key skills include team empowerment, conflict resolution, operational efficiency, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Handle pet welfare issues including vet transport as needed
