Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and terminate; build open-door culture; manage scheduling, reviews, training, and succession planning; recognize achievements.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; deliver outstanding customer service; conduct monthly walks; prioritize safety; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; review cameras for accountability.
Experience & Skills
